RENTAL RATES – YEAR 2007

LODGE - (Capacity 55 people)

MINIMUM NIGHTLY RENTAL IS $495.00. This rate includes up to 45 people. $10.00 per person will be charged for 46 – 55 people. Over 55 people will be charged $5.00 per person and will use the cabins. Normally the lodge must be at capacity before cabins (available April 27 through October 21, 2007) will be utilized.

HOURS: 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. the next day

Note: For a $500.00 nightly booking there will be no additional charges for the Pavilion and total of two hours per day of use of the Pool and/or use of the Lakefront area.

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES: $4000.00 per week for use of the entire camp facility.

MEETINGS: The rental rate for the use of the first floor of the lodge (including the use of the kitchen) is $150.00 for an eight-hour day.

CAMP ACTIVITIES CHARGES

Pavilion - $125.00 per day

Pool - $ 25.00 per hour/minimum of 2 hours – (lifeguard provided)

Lake Front - $ 25.00 per hour/minimum of 2 hours – (lifeguard provided)

CABIN RENTALS - (Cabins available April 27 through October 21, 2007)

Lakeview (Brown) - $100.00 per night for up to 10 people

Lakeview (Yellow) - $125.00 per night for up to 10 people

Hillside (3) - $ 90.00 per night for up to 15 people (each cabin)

Note: Stand-alone cabin rentals do not include the use of the lodge.
